You would like your order or part of it after a revocation or within the scope of our voluntary Return the return guarantee (14 days from receipt of the goods) to us? Please note the following points.

Packaging and condition of the goods

If possible, please pack your product in the original box or packaging of the same quality and tick the box of the enclosed flyer for stating the reason for your return.
The goods should not show any signs of use or animal hair.

Return costs

Liv Interior will cover the costs of returning a defective product. To do this, send us photos of the damage in advance by e-mail to, we will then send you a return label with which you can return the goods free of charge.
If the product is simply not liked, we will refund it if it is returned within 14 days, but we ask for your understanding that we cannot take care of the return postage.
In order not to burden the environment unnecessarily, we ask you to consume specifically and consciously.

How is my money refunded?

Please allow us 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and when your refund is complete. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Returns for goods ordered with a credit card can only be made to the card that was used at the time of the purchase. Refunds for goods ordered using Paypal will be refunded to your Paypal account. Please note that due to daily fluctuations in exchange rates, we can only process refunds in the currency in which the goods were originally purchased.

For the return shipment you can use a shipping service provider of your choice.
Only if you are living in the UK, you need to send it back with the UPS.
Important, please keep the return slip and, if necessary, email us if we do not receive the package.
